Our delivery time can vary slightly depending ordered product or your location.

Delivery Times

Custom Sex Dolls 

• Production Time: 10-15 days
• Shipping Time: 15-25 days

You’ll send you a tracking number as soon as your custom doll is ready. Some customized dolls might take longer to arrive, but we will do our best to complete it within 3-4 weeks.

Ready To Ship Sex Dolls:

• EU Stock Delivery Time: 5–7 business days
• US Stock Delivery Time: 5–7 business days

Dolls stocked in EU or US storage, but cannot be customized.

Where are your tracking number?

Once you confirm your order, we will arrange the shippment.  Within 2-3 days of shipping, we will send you the tracking number via email.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We ship to the USA, Canada, the United Kingdom, and European countries.

Can I modify my order after shopping?

Please carefully review your order before placing it. If you need to make any changes, please contact customer service within 12 hours.  Order cancellations are not accepted for in-stock items after 8 hours of placing the order.

Is your packaging discreet?

Our shipments are discreetly packaged, with any logos on the packaging.

Do you need to pay custom fees?

Generally, you will not need to pay any additional taxes or fees, except some specific regions. If additional taxes or fees are required, we will contact you as soon as we receive your order.

I’m missing an item from my order or the doll is damaged

If there are any missing items or the doll is damaged, please contact customer service immediately. We will require you to provide an unboxing video.
